Chief Kaiser is a 21-year veteran of the fire service and has been with Laramie County Fire District #1 for 15 years.  He is a state certified Fire Instructor 2 and Fire Officer 2, and is a co-coordinator with the County Joint Training Academy.  Chief Kaiser has a strong interest in hazardous materials response and mitigation, and is a member of the RERT7 Regional Haz-Mat team.
